FICTIONAL GUIDED SAMPLE · No church account or session required
Walk through a fictional workshop.
Try the decisions in a short Org Design Studio example, then use the first-workshop notes to take the same path with your church.
Begin with the work.
The fictional church
Begin with the work, not a chart.
At fictional Cedar Grove Church, several teams help guests feel welcome. The workshop begins by asking what work people actually do before moving boxes on an organization chart.
An invited leader opens an active church session. Contributors join with its code or QR link and describe their own work. Keep child, pastoral, personnel, and other confidential details out of group notes.
Capture
Choose a work note for the wall.
Pick a fictional note to see it added to this sample wall. You can choose more than one; no text is sent or saved.
Choose a note above to place it here.
Participants add their own notes by code or QR; leaders see them on the live board. A participant’s name is a label, not proof of identity. A hidden-from-projector note remains visible to authorized leaders and editors.
Organize
Give the work a clear starting point.
The fictional follow-up note touches two teams. Choose where its primary ownership should sit in this sample, then save a sample baseline.
This is a working sample. The baseline has not been marked saved here.
Leaders group notes under people, ministries, and roles, review overlaps, then use Save baseline to preserve the current picture before exploring changes in Studio. This sample button only changes this page.
Compare
Compare two possibilities without replacing the baseline.
These are curated fictional examples. Choose one to inspect a trade-off; a choice here is not an adoption or approval.
The preserved baseline stays separate from either option.
Use Open studio and Recommend designs to explore rule-based starting points, inspect source notes and compare scenarios. A scenario copy does not change the adopted organization automatically.
Review
Keep the decision with the leader.
Choose an option in the previous step to see the sample review.
Your real church’s design and approval state are untouched.
A facilitator reviews evidence and records an approval in the real app. Print preview needs an approved design; a print request stops before vendor contact or payment. Nothing on this page issues a print request.
Use the same sequence in an active, invited church session. Public signup and general session creation are not open.
