Church sessions

For an approved private expiry check. This makes one fictional workshop for your current church, sends no invitations, and ends about ten minutes after creation. It requires the deployment setup secret.

1. Check the church shown above. Use Switch church if it is not yours. Open a dedicated active session listed below; an ended practice session cannot be reused.
2. If Create session appears, follow it; the app checks your current access again when you submit. Otherwise, ask your church’s workspace owner to arrange a dedicated session. Signing in alone does not create one.
3. On the board, share the Join panel — QR, code, URL with participants. Keep facilitator and editor links private. A participant’s name is a label, not proof of identity.
4. Collect notes about the work, then Save baseline. Use Open studio to organize it and Recommend designs to compare options. A leader must approve a decision; a scenario does not change real roles.
5. Keep child, pastoral, personnel, and other confidential details out of group notes. Hide from projector removes a note from the room display, but leaders and editors can still see it.
6. Print preview needs an approved design. A print request stops before vendor contact or payment.
